Tuscany Pools will not rest until our

Clear, honest and accurate written contracts: Tuscany
Pools, in a timely manner, provides our customers with clearly and
accurate written contracts. We provide our contracts ahead of time
in order for our customers to get familiar with all terms and conditions.
A few days after, we meet in person to answer any questions or to
address any concerns. After our customers sign the contract, our
customers have an additional 3 days right of rescission. Even in
the event that a customer changes their mind after the 3 days right of
rescission, our customers will only be liable for any expenses, if any,
incurred by Tuscany Pools up to that date. At Tuscany Pools, we
don't believe in hard sales or bullying our costumers. We believe
in building a relationship based on trust and mutual respect.
Life-time structural warranty:
Tuscany Pools offers a written life-time
structural warranty, to the original
customer, on all of our pools and spas.
Also, our pools come with a 1 year warranty
on labor and materials and a 1 to 3 year
pool equipment manufacturer warranty
depending on the brand of pool equipment.

All our work is guaranteed: Tuscany
Pools offers a 1 year warranty on labor and
materials on all construction projects
including patio covers, fireplaces, masonry,
concrete, barbeques, and more. See our

Landscape and planting:
Tuscany Pools offers a 3 month warranty on
plants, grass and trees. If for any
reason, other than lack of care, watering,
fire or natural disaster, Tuscany Pools will
replace any tree, plant, or grass without
any additional cost to the customer.

Principal supervision: Tuscany Pools
is a family-own company and we, as the
owners, take pride in being 100% involved in
the design, construction, and completion of
each and every project. We are
involved in daily supervision of our crew
and/or sub-contractors. We also are
involved in finding and choosing the best
materials and experienced sub-contractors available for
each project. As a customer of Tuscany
Pools, you are not just a customer, you are family!
Guaranteed
bids in writing:
After the initial design consultation, we
provide our customers with a
custom design accompanied with a
written, clearly stated bid. During
this meeting, we discuss with our customers,
line by line, what is included and what is
not included. In addition, we guarantee
that our
customers, at the completion of the project,
will pay exactly
the same amount of money as quoted on the initial bid. We take
pride in providing our customers with accurate
bids without the risks of painful surprises
later on. We believe in being upfront
with all the costs associated with any
project. We are aware of many
competitors who make low bids to be awarded
a job, so that they can later increase them
during the construction process.
Usually after it is too late to find another
contractor.
Guaranteed project budget:
In the very unlikely event that the costs of
a project are more than in our bid, Tuscany
Pools, will cover these cost out of our own
pockets. Tuscany Pools will never
increase a bid for any reason, unless
additional work is requested by a customer,
in which case, it may result in additional
costs. These change orders are always
in writing and must be agreed by Tuscany
Pools and our customers prior to the
beginning of the additional work.
Return your emails within 24 hours: We
will return all your emails within 24 hours of receipt with the
information you requested. Emails sent on the weekend will
be returned by Monday morning.
Return your phone calls promptly: All
your phone calls will be returned the same day in a timely manner.
Some exception may occur due to events out of our control.
Project completion on time and without hassles: We
guarantee we will complete your project on time. Most importantly, we
will make the construction process extremely smooth and without any
hassles. Please keep in mind, that delays due to weather may
increase the time period of completion.
The best possible design to fit your needs:
We
always look out for our clients best interests. We use our
extensive experience in designing and building pools to recommend our
clients the best way to maximize the beauty and functionality of their
projects. We make recommendation to keep cost at a minimum,
without jeopardizing quality or style.
Daily progress updates:
We
believe in keeping our customers updated throughout the construction
process. We will update you at least once a day. However,
we may be in touch with you more often if needed. At Tuscany
Pools, we believe in keeping you informed throughout the construction
process. Our customers are always in the know!
Least amount of documentation:
We
understand how busy our clients are with their lives. We make
every effort to keep the amount of documentation to a minimum. Our
paperwork is always clear and concise.
